KYC Policy of Online Chip World Co. N.V.

When users on the apollo-bet.com platform request to withdraw any amount in fiat currency, they must complete a set of KYC(Know Your Customer) process. During the process, users are required to provide
  • A copy of Government Issued Photo ID (in some cases front and back depending on the doc)
  • identity proof document
  • A bank statement/Utility Bill
Once uploaded, the user will get a “Temporarily Approved” Status and the documents will now be on our side, and the “KYC Team” will have 24hrs to go over them and email the user about the outcome:
  • Approval
  • Rejection
  • More information needed – No change in Status
  • When the user is on “Temporarily Approved” Status then

  • They can use the platform normally
  • They cannot complete any withdrawal.

AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy

Online Chip World Co. NV is aware that offering services related to online gaming pose a risk for money laundering and terrorist financing. To identify, prevent, and limit the risks of money laundering and terrorist financing. Online Chip World Co. NV implemented measures, processes, and internal controls into its daily business operations, which consider the nature of the Online Chip World Co. NV’s clients and services carried out by Online Chip World Co. NV With these measures, processes, and internal controls in place Online Chip World Co. NV meets all legal requirements related to measures preventing money laundering and terrorist financing, as required by applicable Curacao legislations. Online Chip World Co. NV has prepared AML Policy regarding the prevention of money laundering to prove its commitment for detection, prevention, and reporting to national authorities of all attempts of using Online Chip World Co. NV’s services for any kind of transaction which would meet the statutory definition of money laundering and/or terrorist financing, or which presents any other form of illegal financial transactions. AML Policy is modified and upgraded by changing legislation and good practice in the industry. The content of the AML Policy covers:
  • the internal organization of processes related to prevention of money laundering;
  • due diligence process (also known as “Know your customer or KYC”)
  • money laundering risk assessment;
  • non-eligible and eligible categories of clients;
  • enhanced due diligence measures;
  • reporting obligations (towards competent authorities).
To better align with AML procedures, we mandate 1x mandatory wager on all deposits, before withdrawal request can be initiated. Failure to do so may result restriction/denial of your funds until requirement is met.

Other AML measures

  • If a user has not passed full KYC then they cannot make additional deposits or withdrawals of any amount.
  • Prior to any withdrawal there is a detailed algorithmic and manual check on the activity and balance of the user to see if the amount withdrawn is a result of proper activity in the platform.
  • Under no circumstances may a user transfer funds directly to another user.
